1. Shipping Policy 

Postage is Done through any World wide courier and tracking number will be provided to buyer to track their parcel, we always try our best to deliver the parcel within the mentioned time to all buyers but In extreme cases it takes a little more time.

 
2. Delivery Schedule & Working Days

Please note that the delivery timeline mentioned below do not include weekends, as they are holidays for most courier services. 

Deliveries are only scheduled from Monday to Friday, 

Please note that public holidays will also be considered non-working days & may extend processing times.

 

3. Order Processing Time

Your Package will be dispatched with 48-72 hours of clear payment and will be delivered to you in next 7-9 days.

 

4. Estimated Transit Time

Once your order leaves our hands, it usually takes around 5-6 working days to reach your doorstep. We know you're excited to receive your items &  we'll do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
 

5. International Shipping Details

SAM Wears proudly offer international shipping to almost every country worldwide. However, please note that international shipping rates will depend on various factors & we pay according to the weight so if you add multiple items in the cart so you’ll definitely get a discount on shipping as well as the items but you’ll be paying shipping for each item,
 

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs clearance is an unpredictable factor that varies from country to country. If customs duties are incurred on your parcel, they must be paid by the customer,

Shipping & Handling does not include any taxes or duties that may be owed to the destination country, those fees (if any) are buyers responsibility & as per our shop policy it's up to the buyer to pay any import fees, duties and taxes but if they refuse so they lose their buyer protection and won't get a refund,

 

7. Remote Area (Restricted Areas)

Orders for Remote area : If your address is remote area (where these providers doesn't have a local office or they doesn’t provide services) so in this case you'll have to pay additional 28£-32£ (remote area charges)

Shipping Carrier : DHL/ FedEx/ UPS/ DPEX 3-4 days signed by delivery,

8. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses. For a smooth delivery experience & to avoid any issues you must provide a complete street address with your house or unit number, along with the street name.
