Eligibility

Refund or exchange requests must be made within 4 days of delivery. 
- 
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. 
- 
Proof of purchase is required for all claims. 
Exclusions
- 
Customised or logo-branded products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production begins. 
- 
Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear are not eligible. 
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@samwears.com with photos.
 After verification, a replacement or partial refund will be arranged as appropriate.
Return Process

Approved returns must be shipped using a trackable courier service. 
- 
Once inspected, refunds (if approved) are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
