Return & Exchange Policy


1) Order Processing & Manufacturing Details

Upon placing an order, it is processed within 1-2 days and sent for manufacturing. Below are the details of our refund, exchange, and return policies during various stages of your order,
 

2) Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

Within 24-48 Hours of Order Placement, 

If you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order so you are eligible for a 100% refund.

But if your order enters the crafting stage, a full refund is no longer available. Instead, 15% of the total amount will be retained as a non-refundable fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

3) Change of Mind After Delivery : 

If you have received your item and then decide that you no longer want it, 50% of the total amount will be non-refundable.

4) Damaged Suit : If you receive a damaged item, you have two options

Full Refund : You may opt for a full refund (excluding shipping).

Exchange (Recommended) : You can request an exchange for a new item, receiving top priority in our fulfillment queue.

 

5) Exchange Policy : 

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or model, follow these steps,

Request for Exchange : Send an email to our support desk at support@samracewear.com to request an exchange.

Approval Process : Our team will review your request and get back to you with approval or further guidance on the process.

6) Shipping & Handling Charges : 

Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. 

Additionally, there is a handling and packaging fee of GBP 25 for exchanging the suit.

 

7) Return Policy : Size Selection & Address Issues

Incorrect Size Selection : If you select an incorrect size at the time of ordering, the item is non-refundable. We strongly urge customers to carefully review our size guide before placing an order to ensure an accurate fit.

Fit Issues : If you receive a suit that does not fit as expected, you may apply for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable) Please review the sizing guide before ordering.

8) Expedited Delivery : If you selected the 7-day delivery service, this service fee is non-refundable if the suit is received within the promised timeline. (Sundays do not count towards the 7-day timeline.)

9) Incorrect Shipping Address : If a customer provides an incorrect shipping address, we attempt to verify it. If we receive a late response and a delay occurs, returns will not be accepted.


 

10) Customs Delays : 

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns due to customs delays. However, if our support team has accepted responsibility for a customs delay, we will provide continuous updates on your item’s status. If there is an error on our part, we will assume full responsibility and resolve the issue promptly.


 

11) Easy Suit Returns 

If you wish to return your item, follow these steps :

Secure Packaging: Pack the suit securely to prevent any damage.

Contact Us: Reach out to us at returns@samracewear.com for return approval before shipping.

Return Shipping Costs : Customers must cover the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
